Telemedicine

Telemedicine appointments are now available for situations where it may be appropriate to assess your horse via video conferencing. Some conditions may still require we see your horse. There is a fee for this service.

We will be using the Zoom.us platform for this service, so you can access us via mobile phone by downloading the Zoom.us app from the Apple or Android store or by using your webcam-enabled computer at www.zoom.us.

From there, you will click on the Join a Meeting button located in the lower center of the screen if using the app or the upper right-hand corner of the screen using a computer (see yellow arrows below). You will be emailed the Meeting ID to allow access to your video consultation.
